The Longest Baseball Game was a special event sponsored by the Wrentham Youth Baseball and Softball Association. The goal of the event was two-fold: to break the world record for the longest baseball game ever played, and to raise money for six local charities, and to bring the community together while doing both. 

 

This was one of the most rewarding projects I have ever volunteered for! My two boys played for WYBSA at the time, and I was captivated by the idea of having all of the youth baseball and softball players of our small town play ball for 36 hours straight. Money would be raised by the players through a unique online fundraising website. I knew that having good branding and identity for an event like this could help to make it a success. I volunteered my services and designed the event logo and supporting collateral items from auction sheets to event programs to promotional flyers and an event banner that all of the participants signed. 

 

The event was a huge and memorable success - breaking the world record and raising $60,000 for six deserving charities!
