The Proctor Mansion Inn is a historic New England Inn and function space. The Victorian house was built in 1861, and was meticulously restored and transformed into an inn by its current owners. 

The promotional brochure (above) was designed to show off some of the inn's unique features while it was initially being restored. To convey the elegance and history of the inn, I took photos of some of the architectural details and patterns to use as backgrounds for the inside and outside of the brochure.

The focus of the ads (right) was to promote special events at the inn and to inform viewers that the inn was also available as an elegant function space, not just for overnight stays. These ads were for publication in various local magazines and newspapers
